David D’Aguiar is self-taught and has always loved to paint. He chooses acrylics because of the vibrant colour and the ease with which the paint can be layered. He currently lives in North Queensland.

This painting of a sitting room with a comfortable chair was completed in the early 2000s. It is prepared in acrylic and is presented in a timber frame. The painting is 83 x 69cm and weighs 2.3kg. It can be collected in the Hobsons Bay area.
