As many of you know, I have been freewheeling around Europe for the last six weeks, enjoying what God’s mastery offers us.
I have seen the magnificence of the snowy and mountainous scenery of Iceland and experienced God’s great art expressed in Creation. I have visited art galleries in Reykjavik, Paris, Giverny and Frankfurt that display the immeasurable creativity of artists, an expression of the image of God in which we are created. I have been welcomed and shown hospitality by people of so many diverse languages, cultures and nationalities. They have demonstrated to me the love of a neighbour that Jesus calls us to strive for. You can travel to the opposite side of the world, and still see God all around you. How wonderful is that! Ask me more about my time away. I’ll be happy to share more of what i’ve seen, heard and learned with you. The Venerable Bill Beagley Vicar |
