WHO'S WHO AT HTW?

Vicar, Rev Elizabeth Murray

Rev Elizabeth was commissioned as priest-in-charge at Holy Trinity Williamstown in February 2020.
She grew up in Melbourne, and undertook her Theological training at Trinity College Theological School, graduating with a Bachelor of Theology, from The University of Divinity, in 2016.
Before offering for ordination, Elizabeth completed a degree in Arts and Sciences majoring in History and Geology, a graduate diploma in Theology, and a Masters in church history looking at the material culture of worship in Shropshire during the Reformation. The various jobs she has done include: homework club co-ordinator in Coolaroo/Dallas, manager of The Australian Hymn Book company, research assistant, university tutor, verger and parish administrator.
Since being ordained deacon on 6 February 2016, then priest on 26 November 2016, Elizabeth has served as Assistant Curate at the Anglican Parish of the Parks in Albert Park, and at St. John’s Toorak.
Her other interests include listening to music as well as playing Euphonium and Trombone in a concert band and singing in a community choir, travelling and reading.

Craig Douglass plays our beautiful, heritage Anderson organ on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month.
The organ is available for weddings.
