WELCOME

Welcome to the Holy Trinity website. We hope you will get a taste of the life of the parish from all it includes.
Holy Trinity Anglican Church is located in a beautiful setting over-looking Hobsons Bay with a view across to the city of Melbourne. We believe it’s important to open the building for people to enter and enjoy the quiet and solitude, perhaps saying a prayer, reading the explanations located alongside all of the beautiful windows, or just sitting quietly for a while and escape from the pressures and busyness of life.
Holy Trinity has been a faithful Christian presence in Williamstown since 1854. We fully welcome all people regardless of age, gender, race, sexual orientation, ability or background. We all come together to be empowered and inspired by God's eternal love, Jesus' teaching, life, death and resurrection, and the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit. A core focus for this community is Jesus' commandment to love God and to love our neighbour.
The action of loving our neighbour includes offering a lunch on Fridays in our Parish Centre to those in need. Our team of volunteers provide a warm and welcoming place to chat over a coffee and have a sit down meal.
As part of our continuing education in the life of Christ the parish runs Conversations at the Centre, an opportunity for Christian people to discuss matters of significance for the community. Often prominent experts in a field will be invited to provide some background for the discussion.
Various fundraising events are held throughout the year including, a Christmas Fare sale (shortbread, tarts, puddings, cakes etc), a Trivia Night, the Mary Magdalene Breakfast featuring a guest speaker, book related events and various activities.
Please explore the website and ‘come and see’ us at HTW where you can be assured of a warm welcome.
Every blessing,
Rev. Elizabeth
Vicar
